Because our services are free to families, a large portion of the work we do is never compensated. Your support helps us continue serving families in need. We receive many calls from families and veterans who are just beginning their journey and have numerous questions—support we are often never paid for. Our goal is to ensure that every caller feels informed, supported, and confident in the direction they are taking for their loved one.

When it comes to placement, our services are provided at no cost to families. We are compensated by senior living providers only when a family chooses to move into a community—similar to how a realtor or headhunter is paid a finder’s fee. Our Senior Care Counselors are not commission-based, ensuring that every recommendation is made solely on a family’s care needs, preferred location, and budget.
