Jona Olivia Payne
Jona started in the senior industry in 2008, working in hospice and senior living communities. She founded Care Guide Inc in 2015. She learned firsthand about advocating for her own family, helping to assist with care for her grandparents. She experienced the hard decisions of keeping them at home with a caregiver, home care, moving them to assisted living, separating them due to the Alzheimer's diagnosis, to long-term skilled nursing, and finally with hospice. With 13+ years in the senior industry, management experience in Memory Care, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Personal Care Homes. She has visited over 900 communities in person. Dementia trainer, speaker, Member & Sponsor Director on the board of ASCNN, senior living advisor, and family advocate. She has helped thousands of families. She understands the process inside and out. Her hunger to help serve families radiates when you speak to her. Jona can truly sympathize with families she helps daily, as she wishes someone had been there for her.

Brian leads Finance & Operations and brings to ElderVizor a business background from a 20+ year telecom career and a B.B.A. degree from Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. Brian is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with a new objective to create value and drive positive change in the Senior Living industry.

Ana has been with Care Guide Inc since 2018 and is our operational support guru. She has a master's degree and 8 years of experience in customer support and is an asset to ElderVizor’s referral management process.
